FAQ

Can I have a Pacer? I am running 100 Miles.

Pacers are allowed on the 100 mile race for the final 50 miles.  You can have multiple pacers, just one at a time.  You can exchange your pacers at any Aid Station.

Can I have a Pacer? I am running 50, 30, or 20 Miles.

Pacers are only allowed on the 100 mile race. You will either need to run farther, or talk your buddy into just entering and running the race with you.

Can I have Crew members at the aid stations?

Absolutely!  Your crew members can cheer you on at any aid stations, and help you with whatever you need at the Aid Stations.

Do you recommend Trekking Poles?

Some runners use them.  The course is crushed limestone, fairly smooth. The majority do not use them. If you generally run with them, it’s probably a good idea to bring them.

Do you recommend Gaiters?

I would guess around 10% of runners use them.

I was injured and I will be unable to run, can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds, but we will let you defer your registration for up to two years.  Just contact us if you are not able to make it this year and then contact us again when you are ready to register again.

How far apart are the Aid Stations?

The aid stations are 5 to 8 miles apart.  You can download the distances and cut offs, from the bottom of the course information page.

How long do I have to finish the race?

The 100 Mile has 32 hours. The 50 Mile has 15 Hours. The 30 and 20 Mile events have 12 Hours.  All events end at 8:00PM Saturday evening.

I don’t think I can make it to packet pickup.  Can I check in at the Start Line?

Yes, try to arrive at least 30 minutes early to make sure we can get your bib number assigned.

Yes. 100 Milers = 125 entries, 50 Milers = 100 entries, 30 Milers = 100 entries, 20 Milers = 100 entries.
